Have a damage on your move? We’re sorry to hear that! Fill out this contact form and we’ll get right back to you! Be sure to look over our Moving Service Agreement that you received with your estimate and signed on the day of your move for any articles that are not covered by Easy Moves. All damages must be documented by photograph and submitted. Any damage unpictured will not be considered.

What articles are covered?
At Easy Moves we strive to be the best of the best when it comes to customer service! But some articles are more fragile than others and the risk of breakage is too high for Easy Moves to be comfortable moving them (we’re looking at you pressboard!). All jokes aside, our Moving Service Agreement, that you received with your estimate and signed on the day of your move, goes over all of our coverage options and articles that are not covered in the event of a damage.
What's my compensation?
Depending on the coverage chosen your compensation options include but are not limited to repair, replacement, cash value, bill adjustments, etc. Upon full payment for your move the damage claim process can begin. No damage claims can be honored until payment for your move is made in full.
I submitted a claim, but haven't heard back?
Easy Moves is currently growing at unprecedented rates, so bear with us. If you have submitted a damage claim and have not heard from us in over 72 hours (not including weekends)—give us a call! We’ll be happy to sort out everything and get your issue resolved as soon as possible!
